Responsibilities:

1. Working with office equipment (printer, copier, scanner).

2. Document flow (scanning, copying, binding documents; accounting and control of documents).

3. Preparation and collection of documents for the court hearing.

4. Submission of documents to the court (via a card index and by UAE Post).

5. Payment of state duty, payment control, receipt of payment documents. Organization of refund/credit of overpaid duty.

6. Conducting the Company’s claims work: preparing claims on behalf of the Company and responses to claims from the Company’s counterparties.

7. Representation of the Company’s interests at the stage of enforcement proceedings (presentation of writs of execution through the bank, work with the joint venture company).

8. Ensuring registration of the constituent documents of the Company, amendments to the constituent documents, changes not related to amendments to the constituent documents; obtaining extracts from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, as well as representing the interests of the Company in the registration authority to perform the above functions.

9. Notarization of the Company’s documents (technical support).

10. Storage of the Company’s contractual documentation in electronic and paper archives.

11. Registration and accounting of the Company’s powers of attorney.

12. Carrying out instructions from the head of the legal department.

Requirements:

• higher legal education;
• up to 3 years of work experience, we also consider candidates without work experience.

Conditions:

• five-day work week from 09:00 to 18:00, Friday shortened working day;

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring compliance by personnel at the site with health and safety requirements;
• Maintaining occupational safety documentation (workplace briefing logs, cards for issuing personal protective equipment, etc.);
• Familiarization of personnel with instructions, orders and other local documents against signature;
• Organization of primary and periodic medical examinations;
• Participation in the commission for testing knowledge on occupational safety and electrical safety;
• Methodological assistance in preparing permits;
• Assistance in preparing admission certificates;
• Participation in the commissioning of the installed drilling rig;
• Notifying personnel about the dangers when carrying out related work;
• Familiarization of personnel with lightning and industrial accidents;
• Risk assessment by type of work;
• Participation in meetings on labor protection with customers of construction and installation works;
• Providing labor safety reporting to the customer;
• Participation in the preparation of organization standards for labor protection.

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Experience working on site with MBU

Responsibilities:

·       Repair of drilling equipment

·       Dismantling, repair, assembly, testing and maintenance of various units and drilling rigs, as well as the pneumatic control system and its locking devices, a set of mechanisms for automatic lowering and lifting of tools, blowout prevention equipment and installations for its control, automatic drill keys, instrumentation , drilling mud preparation units, winches and cranes.

·       Disassembly, repair, assembly, testing and maintenance of automatic drill tongs.

·       Disassembly, repair, assembly, testing and maintenance of instrumentation.

·       Dismantling, repair, assembly, testing and maintenance of drilling mud preparation units, winches and lifting cranes, mud pumps, hydraulic pumps, stirrers.

Requirements :

·       Experience from 3 years

·       Secondary vocational education

·       Availability of relevant certificates: GNVP, qualification certificate, slinger, permission to work at height.
